ORANGE THAI PEPPER SEEDS

Capsicum annuum

These are the Thai peppers that I have wanted to grow all my life: long thin pods with clean medium heat that can be tossed into to the wok without much more than a wash after you've lopped their little tops. Ideal for tucking into pint jars of pickled carrots or haricots verts. Easily dried. Just perfect.

Plants are compact for a Thai selection, but extraordinarily productive. Pods have a unique texture that distinguishes them from common Thai peppers currently available to American gardeners. Began to ripen for us in early August. Continued to produce and ripen through the first killing frost. Highly recommended for specialty market growers.

Suitable for containers.
