Eruca sativa

ORGANIC

An excellent strain of common cultivated organic arugula. Less spicy and pungent than the dissected leaves of wild Diplotaxis species, but still delightfully peppery. Easy and fast. Sow directly into good garden soil in early spring and every two or three weeks thereafter in all but the hottest summer weather. Will self-sow if allowed. Flowers are edible and delicious. Makes a nice garden companion for French Breakfast radishes and Salad Bowl lettuce.
