Hungarian heirloom. Large dense roots have an incredible sweet creamy flavor that is almost reminiscent of coconut. Extremely hardy. Harvest heavily mulched plants throughout the winter.

Sow seeds outdoors in early spring. Thin plants to at least 5", and ideally 8". Short lived seed; purchase fresh each year.
