YELLOW FUMITORY SEEDS

Corydalis lutea

Charming little weed native to the Alps of Italy and Switzerland. Beautiful delicate ferny foliage with exquisite bright yellow flowers that can bloom for months. Tolerant of most soil and light conditions. Self-sows in the most unlikely and magical ways. Ants are presumed to be participant in this mysterious process. Volunteers are easy to remove but are so charming and unobtrusive that it seems a shame to do so.

Hardy to at least zone 5. Germinates best at cool temperatures. Even better with warm-cold-cool stratification. Or sow outdoors in autumn.

Packet contains at least 30 seeds.
